To improve efficiency of our applications operations service, Interlog would like to setup a Framework to have a set of tools to analyse and monitor applications hosted by themselves.
In this context, we have launched a project to identify a solution (as Elastic Stack) to centralize applications logs using various language (Java, C# .net, PHP, ...). Once saved in the data store, we must have features to analyse and grab data, to monitor applications quality and performance metrics, and to track real-times status.
Objetivo
Firstly, the trainee will do the study to find best solutions regarding requirements. In next step, he will take part in development and deployment of the chosen solution.
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 1
At the end of the first semester, it's expected the conclusion of the following items:
- Analysis product requirement
- Identify qualified 2 or 3 stacks/frameworks, and development of proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of each
- Development of first main feature : collect logs from 3 applications and search logging and analytics use cases
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 2
At the end of the second semester, it's expected the conclusion of the following items:
- Second main feature : collect data to tracking message and provide real-time alerts
- Iterative development cycle of feature : support connectivity with legacy systems
- Knowledge transfer to IT services to develop new features and ensure continuity of service
- Deployment guides
Condições
REQUIRED SKILLS: NoSQL, scripting language (Shell, Python, ...), XML, JSon, analytics, passion for technologies, knowledge in at least one programming language
SKILLS EXPECTED TO BE ACQUIRED DURING THE INTERNSHIP: search engine (As Apache Lucene), real-time analytics, distributed systems
Observações
- Paid internship (Up to 750€/month - full time)
- Access to a PC connected to the intranet and internet
- Training sessions in France (depends on need and approval)
