Enquadramento
This internship aims to design and implement a conversational assistant (Copilot) that helps users create, test and deploy IVR flows in Intermedia’s ICR Studio (now IVR Studio). The assistant will understand the domain-specific language (DSL) used in flow configurations and offer interactive guidance as users build their flows. In the long term, this assistant could evolve into a foundational component usable across multiple applications, such as the Intermedia Portal or other internal tools.
Objetivo
- Build a chatbot capable of interpreting and interacting with the IVR Studio DSL
- Enable users to receive real-time help while creating, validating, or modifying flows
- Provide functionalities such as flow simulation and deployment assistance
- Design modular components that can support future Assistant beyond Studio Flow
- Deliver a working prototype, documentation and a demo presentation to stakeholders
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 1
- Onboard to the company and development environment
- Study the IVR Studio DSL and understand its structure, capabilities and limitations
- Explore existing flows and how users currently build and deploy them

- Define assistant responses and flow validation logic
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 2
- Implement DSL understanding and generation in response to natural language inputs
- Create commands for assisting with flow creation, modification, and validation
- Integrate flow-testing simulation capability using sample input data
