Enquadramento
In early drug discovery, the influx of sequencing data with orthogonal annotations demands an in-depth and cross-modality analysis to extract relevant information to enable lead selection and binder engineering.
Objetivo
- Evaluate and integrate new sequence and structural modelling tools for large sequencing data
- Integrate the pipeline into a lab automation platform

Familiarisation with the Roche environment
Review, familiarise and consolidate public and internal data sets
First prototype of sequence and structural embedding of sequencing dataset to inform in silico antibody design
Write-up of interim report

Refine sequence and structural embedding to propose favourable antibody design
Evaluate approach on the retrospective use cases
Integrate into an internal lab automation platform
Document codes and approaches and write-up of master thesis
Condições
The work will be carried out at Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg, Germany. At Roche the student will have at his disposal all the tools and resources (hardware and software) required.
