Enquadramento
Two Impulse has a conversational AI product (robo-ai.com) that allows companies to communicate with their customers through messaging channels and live chat, as well as automating some of those conversations with AI.
Objetivo
Development of a module that helps conversational AI developers to continuously improve a chatbot or a voicebot based on:
- Conversations logs with a chatbot
- Conversation logs with customer service agents
- Annotated intent datasets
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 1
- Research the state of the art in text clustering
- Review the work that has been done so far
- Definition of test cases and validation
- Improvements to the current system
- Implementation of an API
- DevOps activities and deployment of the system to the AWS cloud
- Writing of the interim report.
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 2
- Improvement proposals for a standalone product
- Application in test and validation cases
- System refinement and fine tuning of the models
- Writing of the dissertation
Condições
Variation 1:
- Internship through IEFP program with a duration of 9 months and a monthly salary of 900 EUR
- 40h / week workload from 9 am to 6 pm (with flexibility)

- Integration in Two Impulse's Data Science team with the prospect of a permanent contract following the internship
