Nowadays, knowing of at least one foreign language has become a necessity or rather normality. We humans are like drops of knowledge on this planet. We have something to learn even from the most backward tribe. It is important to find a common method of communication to understand each other. The reasons for learning a new language are varied, but the importance of learning foreign languages is universal: it will always be useful in one way or another. The business model that will be presented in this Thesis stands by these facts. Churchill School of Languages intends to bring new techniques and ways in which the process of studying and the efficiency of the classes will improve.
Objetivo
-To bring solutions to the main problems that teachers and students have encountered when it comes to teaching or learning foreign languages : 1. Students don't speak a language with a native accent 2. Students are bored and tired of staying in closed spaces while learning 3. Most beginner students are passive speakers.
-Research a customer profile.
-Define key business model elements of Churchill school of Languages.
-Do Market Research in order to have critical information about the Bucharest market of Private School of Languages.
-Estimate the Start-Up costs for the business model.
-Model the service journey and the value proposition.
-Model the service blueprint with associated organizational processes.
-Design the website, create a maquete and evaluate its usability
