A lot of algorithms in photogrammetry (Gaussian splatting, image stitching, SfM, SLAM, …) are based on features in images. Classically, every pixel of every image has an equal weight. When working with probabilistic cameras, these pixel coordinates have an uncertainty. We want to weight thepoints in the images by these weights. Points with higher uncertainty should have lower influence
Objetivo
Goals:
The goal of this project is to implement one or more of the photogrammetric algorithms and alter them with the weights of the probabilistic GP camera (which we will provide).
