Enquadramento
Opensoft is a Portuguese Company with market recognition in developing applications where the number of users, the volume of business rules, and the data volume are quite demanding.
Project documentation is a fundamental cornerstone for project success, maturity and sustain process improvement.
Objetivo
This internship aims to reduce manual effort and improve the consistency and quality of project/product documentation by leveraging automation, standardized templates, and AI integration. This will free up team members to focus on core project activities, accelerate documentation delivery, and ensure compliance with Opensoft methodology.
Key Deliverables:
● Automated documentation generation for specific Opensoft required documents (e.g., Vision Document, Software Requirements Specification, User Manuals, Monthly Reports and other).
● Production of high-quality, pre-formatted documentation templates.
● Development of APIs specifically designed for consumption by AI agents to facilitate content generation and data retrieval.
● Integration with Google Workspace for seamless document creation, storage, and collaboration.
● Integration with project management and time tracking tools (e.g., Jira) for data extraction.

1.Discovery & Requirements Gathering:
○Detailed analysis of Opensoft methodology documentation requirements.
○Mapping of data sources.
○Definition of initial use cases for automation and AI integration.
2.Template Design & Development:
○Creation of Google Docs templates with placeholders.
○Establishment of template management process.
3.Core Automation Development (Google Apps Script / Python):
○Develop scripts/code to pull data from Jira and other sources.
○Implement logic to populate templates.
○Set up automated triggers.

4.API Development for AI Agents:
○Design and build the custom REST APIs.
○Ensure proper authentication and documentation.
5.Integration & Testing:
○Thorough testing of data extraction, document generation, and API functionality.
○User acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
6.Deployment & Training:
○Deploy the automated system.
○Train relevant teams on how to use, monitor, and troubleshoot the system.
7.AI Agent Integration (Pilot/Future):
○Develop a proof of concept AI agent that consumes the new APIs to generate or enhance documentation.
○Gather feedback and iterate.
