In the context of the MosaicoLab initiative (http://www.mosaicolab.pt/) we are developing various digital tools for the exploration of the roman mosaic cultural heritage of the region.
In this project, the aim is to develop a tool to support sharing digital mosaics created with an existing mosaic editor.
The project already has an existing tool (https://mosaicolab.pt/editor) whose software architecture is highly based on proven software design patterns. There is also a alpha version of the sharing platform, written in PHP.
Objetivo
The objective is to further the existing version of the sharing platform: adding backend and frontend functionality, and rewriting part of the code for improved security.
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 1
- Study the architecture of the existing system
- Improve the existing logging in functionality and associated server logic

- Implement the missing backend functions
- Implement the frontend user interfaces and logic
