This internship focuses on designing and implementing an AI-enhanced real-time analytics system that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate, adapt and visualize dashboards based on live contact center data. The solution aims to support supervisors, QA teams and executives by offering context-aware, role-specific insights.
Objetivo
- Design AI-powered dashboards that adapt dynamically based on live contact center data
- Integrate LLMs to generate visual summaries and layout suggestions from real-time input
- Develop backend services to interface with real-time data streams
- Build dynamic frontend dashboards tailored to user roles and data contexts
- Deliver a working prototype, technical documentation and demo presentation
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 1
- Company onboarding and dev environment setup
- Review existing contact center architecture and analytics systems
- Research LLM capabilities for dashboard generation and summarization
- Build data ingestion pipeline for contact center streams
- Create real-time test data streams for development
Plano de Trabalhos - Semestre 2
- Prototype prompt templates for visual and layout generation
- Enable dashboards to respond to LLM-generated configurations
- Create two dashboards: supervisor view and monitoring view
- Implement a dynamic frontend that adapts to user roles and live data
- Final presentation and documentation
Condições
- Monthly stipend of €900, based on a full-time commitment (40 hours per week)
- Hybrid work model: interns are expected to work from the company office 2–3 days per week
- PC or Mac for the duration of the internship
- Integration into a Product Area team, working closely with engineers and stakeholders
- A mentor will be assigned to support the intern’s development and success
Observações
What We Are Looking For:
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and a collaborative mindset
- Final-year Master’s students in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or related fields
- A solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience with at least one relevant programming language or technology (e.g., Python, Java, .NET or C/C++)
- A genuine interest in software design and development
- Strong interest in AI, data visualization and analytics
Additional Note:
The dataset in use is a combination of synthetic data, public datasets and internal data. We process millions of contact center interactions per month.
